Fiona Rian is the sheriff of Serenity. Female half-elf, mid-twenties, with a birthmark around her eyes that resembles the tattoos of the Shadar-Kai of the Shadowfell. Peacekeeper by day, vigilante by night, she is trying to find a balance where balance may not be possible.
